Traveler Policies for D’Weekendr

General Overview

D’Weekendr is a concierge agency that connects travelers with local experiences, leisure activities, and service providers across Trinidad and Tobago. By booking a service through our platform, you agree to abide by these policies, along with any specific rules set by individual service providers.


Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email or message directly from the service provider after receipt of payment.
  • Payment Methods: Make deposit 50%, show proof of deposit, remainder of fee is due five (5) days before the excursion (cash payments not accepted). Seats are not reserved unless deposit is confirmed. All payments must be made by bank deposit
  • Currency: All payments are quoted and made in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD), unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Traveler Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service date will be eligible for a full.
    • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a penalty or may not be refundable.
    • Cancellations for interisland travel arrangements are nonrefundable, arrangements can be made to change the ticket dates at an additional cost to the traveler.
  • Provider Cancellations:
    • If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, you will be offered the option to reschedule, receive a credit, or request a refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Traveler Responsibilities

  • Arrival: Arrive at the scheduled meeting point at least 10–15 minutes before your activity begins.
  • Behavior: Treat service providers, staff, and other travelers with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your booking without refund.
  • Health & Safety:
    • Travelers must ensure they are physically fit to participate in activities.
    • Inform providers in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that travelers carry personal travel insurance covering health, accident, theft, and trip cancellations.

Liability Disclaimer

Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from travel or participation in any activity booked through our platform.

D’Weekendr Leisure Hub is not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by correspondences or arrangements made outside of our concierges.


Changes to Bookings

In rare cases (such as weather disruptions, government restrictions, or provider emergencies), bookings may need to be modified. We will work with you to offer alternative dates or arrangements whenever possible at no additional cost to the client. Any inconveniences or additional costs caused by third party contractors/operators will be their cost to bear.


Code of Conduct

D’Weekendr is committed to promoting positive, safe, and inclusive experiences for all. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Third party contractors/operators are not permitted to correspond with clients directly and as such any arrangements, conversations, or interactions made outside of the permitted platforms and confirmed meetings is not within the scope of responsibility of D’Weekendr Leisure Hub.
