Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Policy

Excursions, Outdoor Activities & Third-Party Experiences

By participating in any excursion, tour, retreat, transportation service, recreational activity, wellness experience, or third-party service arranged through D’Weekendr Leisure Hub, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

Slips, trips, and falls
Uneven terrain
Water-related hazards
Wildlife encounters
Weather conditions
Transportation accidents
Equipment failure
Physical exertion
Illness or injury
Acts or omissions of third-party providers

Certain experiences may take place in remote areas where access to emergency services may be limited or delayed.

Assumption of Risk

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Participation is entirely voluntary, and participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically, mentally, and medically fit to engage in any activity.

Medical Conditions

Participants are responsible for:

Informing service providers of relevant medical conditions
Carrying required medications
Maintaining appropriate travel and medical insurance
Seeking professional medical advice where necessary

D’Weekendr and Third-party Service Providers are not responsible for managing undisclosed medical conditions.

Third-Party Experiences

Many experiences promoted or coordinated by D’Weekendr are operated by independent third-party businesses and service providers.

D’Weekendr acts solely as a booking facilitator and coordinator and does not own, operate, manage, or control the activities provided by third parties.

Accordingly, D’Weekendr shall not be liable for:

Personal injury
Property damage
Loss of belongings
Delays
Cancellations
Service interruptions
Acts of negligence
Accidents occurring during third-party services

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and discharge D’Weekendr Leisure Hub, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from participation in any activity or service arranged through D’Weekendr.

Photography & Media

Participants acknowledge that photographs and videos may be captured during experiences for promotional and marketing purposes unless a written request to opt out has been submitted prior to the activity.

Acceptance

By booking, attending, or participating in any service or activity coordinated by D’Weekendr Leisure Hub, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Policy.
