Independent Service Provider Notice

D’Weekendr Leisure Hub (“D’Weekendr”) operates as a leisure assistance, concierge, booking coordination, and service brokering platform.

Many of the services arranged through D’Weekendr are provided by independent contractors, freelancers, guides, interpreters, companions, caregivers, transportation providers, accommodations, and other third-party service providers (“Service Providers”).

Service Providers are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of D’Weekendr unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

D’Weekendr’s role is limited to:

Facilitating introductions and bookings
Coordinating logistics
Providing administrative support
Managing communications between parties
Promoting and marketing services

Each Service Provider remains solely responsible for:

Their conduct and performance
Professional qualifications and certifications
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Insurance coverage, where applicable
Health and safety practices
Services delivered directly to clients

D’Weekendr does not supervise, direct, or control the day-to-day activities of independent Service Providers and shall not be held liable for their acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or failure to perform services.

By booking through D’Weekendr, clients acknowledge that services may be performed by independent contractors and agree that D’Weekendr’s liability shall be limited to its role as a coordinator and booking facilitator.
