Criteria

Certified proficiency or demonstrable fluency in English and target language.

Prior experience in interpretation or translation (tourism or service industry a plus).

Ability to communicate clearly and neutrally in professional contexts.

Knowledge of local culture and terms to ensure accurate interpretation.

Strong interpersonal skills; patient, adaptable, and respectful.

Flexibility to accompany tours or services on short notice.
